This website is under construction. It aims to provide resources and stimulate discussion on the ethical issues raised when conducting research after disasters and when meeting healthcare needs during disasters. The pages above lead to various resouces. The first is a collection of presentations from the Disaster Bioethics symposium held in April 2011. More resources will be added in the coming months.

This project was initiated by Dónal O’Mathúna, School of Nursing & Human Sciences, Dublin City University, Ireland; Bert Gordijn, Institute of Ethics, Dublin City University; and Mike Clarke, All-Ireland Hub for Trials Methodology Research, Queen’s University Belfast and Evidence Aid.
